Price and payment

• XX Cable — 30% below MSRP: $20.30 against $29.00 retail.
• Soft Touch (Utility Series) — 30% below MSRP, 40% at 100+ units: $14.00 / $11.20 against $20.00 / $16.00 retail; $12.00 / $9.60 at 100+ units. The 100-unit price counts across the series and applies to every unit of it on the order.
• X-Ray Cable — 30% below MSRP: $38.50 / $41.99 / $48.99 / $52.49 against $55.00 / $59.99 / $69.99 / $74.99 retail.
• Modern Materials Cable — 30% below MSRP: $38.49 against $54.99 retail.
• Protagonist HE — 20% below MSRP: $151.20 against $189.00 retail.
• 100% of the invoice is due in advance. Your units aren't held against your name until funds clear.
• Your price is fixed on the invoice for that order. A later MSRP change doesn't reach back into it.

Minimums and timing

• XX Cable: 100 minimum per colorway. Salt ships first. Pepper follows a little behind it — a Pepper line will not hold up your Salt units unless you ask us to ship the order complete. These come out of the run already in production.
• Soft Touch (Utility Series): 50 minimum across the series. Mix colorways, lengths and shells any way you like — the minimum and the 100-unit price break both count across the series, not per line. Ships from stock where we have it; the balance is allocated from the next run and we confirm timing with your invoice.
• X-Ray Cable: 50 minimum across X-Ray and Modern Materials combined. One minimum shared with Modern Materials — any combination of X-Ray and Modern Materials builds counts toward it. Ships from stock.
• Modern Materials Cable: 50 minimum across X-Ray and Modern Materials combined. One minimum shared with X-Ray — any combination of X-Ray and Modern Materials builds counts toward it. Ships from stock.
• Protagonist HE: 50 minimum across the keyboard. Either colorway or both — the minimum is across the two. Allocated from the current production batch; we confirm timing with your invoice.
• An order under a minimum can still be submitted — we review it and confirm with you before invoicing.
• Nothing here is built to order. Your units are allocated from stock and out of the runs already in production, so what you're waiting on is allocation and freight, not a manufacturing slot.
• Products ship as each is ready unless you ask us to hold the order and ship it complete.
• Timelines we give are estimates, not guarantees.

Freight, duties and risk

• Freight is yours. You arrange and pay all shipping, and you carry all duties, taxes, tariffs and customs charges. Our price covers the goods only.
• You or your forwarder are the importer of record unless we agree something else in writing.
• Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, delay, loss or damage in transit is a carrier claim. Keep the packaging and we'll help you file it — see our shipping policy.

Returns, exchanges and replacements

• Wholesale units aren't returnable to Wired In for refund or restock.
• Your customers' returns and exchanges are yours — your policy, your cost, your call.
• We replace units that are genuinely defective, on the same standard we hold ourselves to at retail:
• Short counts, transit damage or dead-on-arrival units: tell us within 14 days of your delivery, and keep the packaging (transit damage is a carrier claim).
• Individual faulty units follow our retail resolution windows, counted from the day your customer takes delivery — 0–14 days return or exchange, 15–30 days exchange or repair, after 30 days a warranty claim.
• We may ask for photo or video evidence of the fault before approving a claim.
• A unit that tests fully functional in house isn't a defect, and neither is a compatibility or system-configuration issue. Cosmetic wear, misuse and intentional damage aren't covered.
• Batch your claims where you can. Approved replacements ride along with your next order or ship on their own, whichever is quicker.

Registration

• XX Cable and Protagonist HE units carry a unique serial and a QR sticker pointing at wiredin.design/pages/register.
• We allocate a serial block to your order and record it against your account, so any unit can be traced back to the shipment it came from.
